I'm Michelle Shelton — Registered Dietitian, ICF-accredited coach, and IFS-trained practitioner.

I spent seven years as a dietitian learning what it truly means to partner with your body. Then I entered the corporate world and felt firsthand what chronic stress and pressure does to a person — the disconnection, the slow drift away from yourself, the way food quietly becomes the escape when nothing else feels like enough.

That experience is the foundation of the SPACES framework — a six-step approach to self-leadership I developed from both the clinical and the lived side of this work.

I'm not here to give you a plan. I'm here to help you build the inner capacity to lead yourself in the moments that matter. The answers are already in you. My job is to help you access them.
