Free 3-Part Video Series
It's not about control. It's not about eating perfectly. This series is about understanding what's actually happening — and finding a gentler way through.
What's Inside
One of the most overlooked contributors to stress eating is being under-fueled. When your body is too hungry and too stressed, everything feels urgent — and food becomes the fastest way to cope. That doesn't mean you lack willpower. It means your system needs support. This video shows you the simplest way to build a foundation that makes everything else easier.
Stress eating isn't just about food — it's about speed. When we're overwhelmed, everything accelerates and we lose access to choice. This video teaches you one simple shift that slows the moment down, so food doesn't have to do all the work.
Most of us only know two options when an urge shows up: fight it, or give in and feel bad afterward. Neither creates lasting change. This video introduces a third way — learning to be with an urge without trying to control it, and without abandoning yourself.
You're not stuck because you lack discipline. You're stuck because no one has ever shown you what's actually happening underneath — and given you a way to work with it instead of against it.
Your Guide
I know this pattern from the inside. I spent years in my own cycle of restriction and stress eating before I found a way through — and that experience is at the heart of everything I teach.
I'm a Registered Dietitian and ICF-accredited coach. I spent seven years in clinical practice before entering the corporate world, where I saw firsthand how stress quietly reshapes your relationship with food. What helped me — and my clients — wasn't more discipline. It was a completely different understanding of what's actually happening.
This series is where I start with everyone I work with. Not with rules. Not with a plan. Just with the truth about what's happening, and a gentler way forward.
