1/2 tsp oregano

1 tsp garlic powder

2 bay leaves

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp tomato sauce

28 ounces beef broth

2 cups red potatoes, cut into 1 inch cubes

1 cup carrots but into 1 inch pieces

3 celery stalks, including the leaves

1/2 onion, cubed into 1 inch pieces

2 tbsp corn starch

1 Tbsp water
